4. Digital Products

Delivery: Digital products (PDF guides, worksheets, recipe cards) are delivered via email immediately after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

License: When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may:

  • Download and save the file for your personal use
  • Print copies for your own reference
  • Use it digitally on your personal devices

You may not:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell the digital file to others
  • Upload it to shared drives, forums, or file-sharing platforms
  • Use it commercially or as part of a paid service (coaching, workshops, etc.) without prior written permission

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.

5. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

Production & Fulfilment: All physical products are printed on demand through Printify & Gelato, third-party fulfilment partners. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination—please see our Shipping Policy for current estimates.

Returns & Refunds: Because items are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or colour preferences. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for full details, including how to report damaged or faulty items.

Colour & Print Variations: Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the printed product due to monitor settings and printing processes. Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) and garment sizing (under 1 inch) are within industry tolerances and are not considered defects.

International Orders: Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by their country. Anxiously Ever After is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
