Everything in the Anxiously Ever After shop is made to order through our partners. That means your hoodie, tumbler, candle, or hooded blanket doesn't exist until you order it. No warehouse. No sad pile of unsold merch gathering dust. This is better for the planet—but it does mean things take a little longer than Amazon Prime.

Below you'll find honest, realistic timeframes for production and delivery. No over-promising. No "it'll be there tomorrow" when it definitely won't. Just clear information so you know what to expect.

🏭 Production Time (Before It Even Leaves the Building)

Because everything is printed just for you, there's a short production window before your order ships. Or partners average production time is 2–5 business days across most product categories .

Product Type Production Time:

  • Hoodies, T-shirts, Sweatshirts - 2–5 business days
  • Mugs (ceramic), Travel Mugs (40oz) - 2–5 business days
  • Water Bottles - 2–5 business days
  • Hooded Blankets, Snuggle Blankets - 2–5 business days
  • Soy Wax Candles (4oz & 9oz) - 2–5 business days

Please note: During peak times (November–December, Black Friday, etc.), production may take a few extra days. I'll always update the website banner if there are known delays.

📦 Shipping Times (After Production)

Once your item is printed and packed, it's handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery times depend on where you live and which of our partners print provider fulfills your order .

Destination Estimated Shipping Time:

  • UK 2–5 business days
  • Europe 5–10 business days
  • USA / Canada 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World 10–20 business days

A note on European shipping: Our partner have print providers in multiple European countries including Germany, Latvia, Poland, Spain, the Netherlands, and Czechia . This means many European orders are printed locally, which keeps shipping times reasonable and reduces the chance of customs fees. However, shipping times can vary depending on which provider fulfills your specific product.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The products you're ordering (blankets cost more to ship than mugs—they're bigger and heavier)
  • Your delivery address
  • The print provider fulfilling your order

The price you see is what our partners charges me to get the thing to your door. I don't add anything on top. You'll see the exact amount before you commit to payment—no surprises.

Rough guide (because anxious brains like specifics):

  • UK (apparel/mugs): Usually £2.50–£4.50
  • UK (blankets/hooded blankets): Usually £4.50–£6.50
  • Europe: Usually £4.00–£8.00
  • USA/Canada: Usually £5.00–£10.00

🌍 International Shipping & Customs

Our partners have print providers in 12+ countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and several European nations . This means many international orders are printed regionally, which helps reduce shipping times and customs complications .

Customs fees and import duties:

  • UK orders: No additional fees. Everything ships domestically or is already customs-cleared.
  • EU orders: If your order is printed outside the EU and the value exceeds €150, you may be responsible for VAT and customs fees upon delivery. If the value is below €150, our partners typically handle VAT at checkout and no additional fees should apply . Many EU orders are printed within the EU, avoiding this entirely.
  • USA/Canada: Generally no customs fees for orders under $800 USD.
  • Rest of World: Depends on your country. You're responsible for any import duties or taxes.

I don't control customs fees and can't predict them. If you're unsure, check your local customs threshold before ordering.

🔄 What If I Order Multiple Items?

Our partners works with a network of specialist print providers. This means different products may be fulfilled by different facilities . If you order a hoodie and a candle in the same transaction:

  • They may arrive in separate packages
  • They may arrive on different days
  • You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment

This is normal. It ensures each item is handled by a provider who specializes in that product. If you'd prefer everything to arrive together, I recommend placing separate orders—though shipping costs will be calculated separately for each.

📬 Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Our partners tracking is reliable and integrated into the platform . You can watch your package's little journey across the world if that brings you comfort. (I do this. No judgement.)

If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days: Don't panic. Tracking can go quiet while a package is in transit between hubs or going through customs. It usually starts moving again within 3–5 business days.

❓ What If My Order Hasn't Arrived?

First: check your tracking link. It might be sitting at a local depot waiting for collection, or marked as "delivered" and tucked behind a bin.

If your order hasn't arrived within:

  • UK: 14 days after the estimated delivery date
  • Europe: 21 days after the estimated delivery date
  • USA/Canada: 21 days after the estimated delivery date
  • Rest of World: 30 days after the estimated delivery date

...email jacle.shop@yahoo.com with your order number. I'll investigate. If it's genuinely lost, our partners offer a free replacement or refund for lost packages where the address was correctly provided .

🏠 What If the Tracking Says "Delivered" But I Can't Find It?

This is frustrating. I know. Before you spiral, try these:

  1. Check with neighbours. Parcels often get left next door without a note.
  2. Check around your property. Behind bins. In porches. Under bushes. Delivery drivers get creative.
  3. Check with anyone else in your household. Partners/flatmates/teenagers sometimes pick things up and forget to mention it.
  4. Wait 24 hours. Occasionally tracking updates before the parcel actually arrives.

If it's genuinely missing after all that, email me. While our partners don't offer refunds for packages marked "delivered" that have gone missing after delivery, I'll do my best to help you figure out what happened .

🎄 Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During busy periods (November–December, Black Friday, etc.), production and shipping times may be longer than usual. I'll post any known delays in the website banner and on social media.

If you're ordering for Christmas or a specific date, please order early. I can't guarantee delivery by a specific date, especially for international orders. Print-on-demand isn't built for last-minute panic. (Ironically, panic is kind of my brand. But not for shipping.)
