Contact information

Hello. You want to get in touch. That's lovely. Whether you have a question about an order, a suggestion for a blog post, a collaboration idea, or you just want to say something nice—this is the place.

I read every email. I reply to every email. Usually within 48 hours. Sometimes faster. Occasionally a bit slower if my nervous system is having a moment or Mr. A has been particularly enthusiastic with his midnight dishwashing and I'm running on fumes.

Before you write, you might want to check the FAQ page. A lot of common questions live there—shipping times, returns, sizing, digital downloads—and you'll get an answer immediately rather than waiting for me to type one out while my tea goes cold.

If your question isn't there—or you just prefer talking to a human—you can reach me at:

jacle.shop@yahoo.com

I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

What to Expect After You Write

  • I'll reply within 48 hours. Weekends might be a bit slower. I'm 52. I nap sometimes. I also avoid the kitchen after dark, which has no bearing on email but feels worth mentioning.
  • If you're asking about an order, please include your order number. It helps me find you faster among the digital chaos.
  • If you're angry or upset, that's okay. I understand. Just please be kind. I'm a real person with a real anxiety disorder, sitting in my rented room, trying my best. I want to help.

Social Media

You can also find me here. I'm not on everything—energy, time, nervous system—but these are the places I show up most.

  • YouTube: @AnxiouslyEverAfter
  • Facebook: facebook.com/AnxiouslyEverAfter

Press & Collaboration

If you're a journalist, podcaster, or creator who wants to feature Anxiously Ever After—or if you have a collaboration idea—please use the email above. Put "Press" or "Collaboration" in the subject line so I can spot it quickly.

I can't say yes to everything (see: energy, time, nervous system), but I'll always read it and reply honestly.

Business Address

Anxiously Ever After
Peterborough
United Kingdom

(Note: This is a home-based business run from a rented room in a shared house. There's no physical shop to visit. Please don't turn up expecting a café. There will only be me, in my dressing gown, mildly alarmed.)

A Small Request

If you're writing to tell me about a typo on the website—thank you. Genuinely. I'm one person with a laptop and a slightly chaotic brain. Things slip through. Let me know gently and I'll fix it.

If you're writing to tell me that anxiety isn't real or that I should try yoga—maybe don't. I've heard it. I'm tired. Let's both preserve our energy for better things.

Thank You

Whether you're a customer, a reader, a fellow anxious human, or just someone who stumbled in and decided to stay—thank you for being here. This community is the whole point.

I'll reply soon.
