Vanilla Yoghurt with Honey & Digestive Biscuit

This is a sweet snack or light breakfast that feels like a treat but is completely safe. Thick Greek yoghurt, a drizzle of honey, and a single plain digestive biscuit on the side for dipping. The textures stay separate. The flavours are mild and sweet.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 digestive biscuit (or plain Rich Tea biscuit)

Method:

  1. Stir the vanilla into the yoghurt until smooth.
  2. Drizzle with honey.
  3. Serve with the biscuit on the side. Dip, or eat separately.

Sensory profile: Smooth, creamy yoghurt. Crunchy, dry biscuit kept separate. Mild sweetness, no bits.
