Vanilla Yoghurt with Honey & Digestive Biscuit

This is a sweet snack or light breakfast that feels like a treat but is completely safe. Thick Greek yoghurt, a drizzle of honey, and a single plain digestive biscuit on the side for dipping. The textures stay separate. The flavours are mild and sweet.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 digestive biscuit (or plain Rich Tea biscuit)
Method:
- Stir the vanilla into the yoghurt until smooth.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Serve with the biscuit on the side. Dip, or eat separately.
