Smoothie Pouch (Homemade)
Share
A reusable silicone pouch filled with a thick, nutrient-packed smoothie. You can make these in advance, freeze them, and grab one from the fridge when you need it. Sucking it through the spout requires one hand and zero effort. This version is banana, yoghurt, and a handful of frozen berries.
Ingredients (Makes 2 pouches):
- 1 banana
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 50g frozen blueberries or raspberries
- A splash of milk
Method:
- Blitz everything in a blender until completely smooth.
- Pour into reusable silicone pouches. Refrigerate for up to 2 days, or freeze.
- To eat, just suck from the spout. No hands required after the initial grab.
Why it's gut-friendly: Greek yoghurt provides live probiotics. Berries are packed with polyphenols and fibre. Bananas add potassium and natural sweetness.
