A Thermos of Warm Bone Broth or Miso Soup

A thermos of warm, savoury broth that stays hot for hours. You can keep it by your bed and sip from the cup throughout the day. Bone broth is rich in collagen, which soothes the gut lining. Miso soup is fermented and packed with probiotics. Both feel like a hug from the inside.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 1 good-quality stock cube or 1 tbsp miso paste
- 300ml boiling water
- A thermos flask
Method:
- Make the broth: dissolve the stock cube in boiling water, or stir the miso paste into boiling water until smooth.
- Pour into a pre-warmed thermos. Seal tightly.
- Sip directly from the thermos cup throughout the day.
Why it's gut-friendly: Bone broth supports the gut lining. Miso is a fermented probiotic food. Both are hydrating, warming, and incredibly easy to digest.
