Greek Yoghurt, Walnut & Honey Bowl

This is my "I need something right now" meal. Thick Greek yoghurt, a handful of walnuts, and a drizzle of honey. It takes thirty seconds. It's creamy, crunchy, sweet, and satisfying. If you have a banana, slice it in. If you don't, it's still perfect.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 200g Greek yoghurt (full-fat, live-culture)
- A handful of walnuts, roughly broken
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- Optional: 1 banana, sliced
Method:
- Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl.
- Top with walnuts, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Add banana slices if you have them. Eat immediately.
Why it's gut-friendly: Greek yoghurt is packed with live probiotics. Walnuts are rich in omega-3s and polyphenols. Honey is antimicrobial. A classic, gut-loving combination.
