Greek Yoghurt, Walnut & Honey Bowl

This is my "I need something right now" meal. Thick Greek yoghurt, a handful of walnuts, and a drizzle of honey. It takes thirty seconds. It's creamy, crunchy, sweet, and satisfying. If you have a banana, slice it in. If you don't, it's still perfect.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 200g Greek yoghurt (full-fat, live-culture)
  • A handful of walnuts, roughly broken
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • Optional: 1 banana, sliced

Method:

  1. Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl.
  2. Top with walnuts, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  3. Add banana slices if you have them. Eat immediately.

Why it's gut-friendly: Greek yoghurt is packed with live probiotics. Walnuts are rich in omega-3s and polyphenols. Honey is antimicrobial. A classic, gut-loving combination.
