Smoked Salmon & Avocado Roll-Ups

Smoked salmon slices spread with a little cream cheese, topped with avocado, and rolled up. It's a snack that feels fancy but takes two minutes.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juice

Method: Spread cream cheese on the salmon. Lay a slice of avocado on each, season, and roll up.

Why it's gut-friendly: Salmon provides omega-3s. Avocado is rich in fibre. A very low-carb, high-protein snack.
