Rice Cake with Smashed Avocado & Radish

This is the snack for when you want something crunchy, creamy, and a bit peppery. A rice cake topped with smashed avocado and thinly sliced radishes. It's fresh, satisfying, and takes two minutes.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 1 brown rice cake
- ½ avocado
- Squeeze of lime juice
- Salt
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
Method:
- Mash the avocado with lime juice and salt.
- Spread on the rice cake.
- Arrange radish slices on top. Sprinkle with chilli flakes if using.
- Eat immediately.
