Apple & Peanut Butter "Donuts"

Core an apple, slice it into rings, spread with peanut butter, and sprinkle with granola. It's a deconstructed snack that looks like a treat.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 apple, cored and sliced into thick rings
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp granola

Method: Spread the apple rings with peanut butter and dip into granola.

Why it's gut-friendly: Apples are rich in pectin. Peanut butter provides protein and healthy fats. Granola (low sugar) adds oat fibre.
