Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 1 crisp apple, sliced
- 30g cheddar or Wensleydale (or any cheese you love)
- A few walnuts (optional)
Method:
- Arrange the apple slices and cheese on a plate.
- Add walnuts if using.
- Eat.
