Almond & Rosemary Crackers (Grain-Free)

Crispy, savoury crackers made entirely from almonds and flaxseeds. They're gluten-free, grain-free, and brilliant with a slice of cheese or some hummus.

Ingredients (Makes ~15 crackers):

  • 100g ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Mix everything into a dough. Roll between two sheets of baking paper until very thin.
  2. Score into squares, slide onto a baking tray, and bake at 170°C for 12–15 minutes until golden.

Why it's gut-friendly: Almonds and flaxseeds are packed with fibre and healthy fats. Rosemary is anti-inflammatory.
