Crispy, savoury crackers made entirely from almonds and flaxseeds. They're gluten-free, grain-free, and brilliant with a slice of cheese or some hummus.
Ingredients (Makes ~15 crackers):
100g ground almonds
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary
Pinch of salt
Method:
Mix everything into a dough. Roll between two sheets of baking paper until very thin.
Score into squares, slide onto a baking tray, and bake at 170°C for 12–15 minutes until golden.
Why it's gut-friendly: Almonds and flaxseeds are packed with fibre and healthy fats. Rosemary is anti-inflammatory.
