Watermelon & Mint Slush

This is summer in a glass. Frozen watermelon blitzed with fresh mint and lime until it's a slushy, refreshing drink. It's hydrating, cooling, and takes about thirty seconds. No added sugar.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 200g frozen watermelon chunks
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Splash of cold water

Method:

  1. Put the frozen watermelon, mint, lime juice, and a splash of water in a blender.
  2. Blitz until slushy. Pour into a glass.
  3. Drink immediately.

Why it's gut-friendly: Watermelon is hydrating and contains lycopene. Mint is a digestive aid. Lime adds vitamin C. A refreshing, no-sugar drink.
