Warm Vanilla & Nutmeg Milk

This is the drink for cold nights when you want something warm, creamy, and gently spiced. Any milk you like, warmed with vanilla and a grating of fresh nutmeg. It's simple, elegant, and deeply comforting.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 250ml milk of choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A grating of fresh nutmeg
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Method:

  1. Warm the milk gently in a saucepan with the vanilla and nutmeg until steaming.
  2. Whisk vigorously to create a little foam.
  3. Pour into a mug. Add maple syrup if you like it sweet.
  4. Sip slowly.
