Turmeric & Ginger Golden Milk (Iced Version)

Golden milk is usually warm, but it's also excellent cold. Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper, blended with cold milk and ice. It's refreshing, anti-inflammatory, and feels like a proper wellness drink without the pretension.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 250ml milk of choice (oat or almond work well)
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blitz until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into a glass. Drink immediately.

Why it's gut-friendly: Turmeric and ginger are anti-inflammatory. Black pepper enhances absorption. A cold, anti-inflammatory drink.
