Pear & Cardamom Smoothie

A smoothie that tastes like a poached pear. A ripe pear, oat milk, a pinch of cardamom, and a spoonful of almond butter. It's creamy, gently sweet, and feels like a hug.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 ripe pear, cored and roughly chopped
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • A few ice cubes

Method: Blitz everything until smooth. Pour into a glass.

Why it's gut-friendly: Pears are rich in soluble fibre. Cardamom aids digestion. Almond butter provides healthy fats and protein. A very gentle, soothing smoothie.
