Iced Peppermint & Nettle Tea
Nettle is deeply mineral-rich and gently anti-inflammatory. Combined with peppermint and chilled, it's a refreshing, restorative iced tea.
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 peppermint tea bag
- 1 nettle tea bag
- 500ml boiling water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices
Method: Steep the tea bags for 7 minutes. Remove, cool, and refrigerate. Serve over ice with lemon.
