Ginger & Lemon Kombucha Mocktail

Kombucha is fermented tea, naturally fizzy and packed with probiotics. Mixed with fresh ginger, lemon, and a splash of sparkling water, it becomes a gut-friendly mocktail that feels like a proper drink.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 150ml plain or ginger kombucha
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Splash of sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slice to garnish
Method:
- Put the grated ginger and lemon juice in a glass. Muddle gently.
- Add ice cubes. Pour over the kombucha.
- Top with a splash of sparkling water. Stir gently.
