Ginger & Lemon Kombucha Mocktail

Kombucha is fermented tea, naturally fizzy and packed with probiotics. Mixed with fresh ginger, lemon, and a splash of sparkling water, it becomes a gut-friendly mocktail that feels like a proper drink.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 150ml plain or ginger kombucha
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Splash of sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slice to garnish

Method:

  1. Put the grated ginger and lemon juice in a glass. Muddle gently.
  2. Add ice cubes. Pour over the kombucha.
  3. Top with a splash of sparkling water. Stir gently.

Why it's gut-friendly: Kombucha is fermented, packed with probiotics. Ginger is anti-inflammatory. Lemon adds vitamin C. A celebratory gut-friendly drink.
