Creamy Vanilla & Cinnamon Oat Milk Latte

This is the drink for when you want a latte but don't want the caffeine jitters. Warm oat milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, frothed up and served in your favourite mug. It's like a hug in a cup.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 250ml oat milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Method:
- Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan, whisking until steaming and frothy.
- Pour into a mug. Dust with a little extra cinnamon.
- Sip slowly.
