Creamy Vanilla & Cinnamon Oat Milk Latte

This is the drink for when you want a latte but don't want the caffeine jitters. Warm oat milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, frothed up and served in your favourite mug. It's like a hug in a cup.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 250ml oat milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Method:

  1. Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan, whisking until steaming and frothy.
  2. Pour into a mug. Dust with a little extra cinnamon.
  3. Sip slowly.

Why it's gut-friendly: Oat milk contains beta-glucan, a soluble fibre that supports gut health. Cinnamon helps stabilise blood sugar. A caffeine-free, comforting drink.
