Creamy Cashew & Cinnamon Milkshake

This is not a milkshake in the traditional sense. It's cashews blended with water, cinnamon, and a date until creamy and smooth. It's rich, satisfying, and dairy-free. It feels like a treat but is actually just nuts and fruit.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 30g cashews, soaked in water for at least 2 hours (or overnight)
- 200ml cold water
- 1 Medjool date, pitted
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Drain the soaked cashews. Put them in a blender with the water, date, cinnamon, and salt.
- Blitz on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass. Drink immediately.
