Coconut Water & Mint Cooler

Coconut water is nature's sports drink—packed with electrolytes and very gentle on the stomach. Blitzed with fresh mint and a squeeze of lime, it's impossibly refreshing.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 250ml plain coconut water
  • A handful of fresh mint
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Ice

Method: Muddle the mint with the lime juice. Add ice and pour over the coconut water.

Why it's gut-friendly: Coconut water is hydrating and contains minerals that support digestion. Mint soothes the gut.
