Cinnamon & Date Smoothie

This is the smoothie for when you want something sweet, creamy, and warming. Dates provide natural sweetness. Cinnamon adds warmth. Almond butter makes it satisfying. It's like a milkshake, but one that actually does something good for your gut.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 200ml oat milk
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blitz until completely smooth.
  • Pour into a glass. Drink immediately.
