Chamomile & Honey Iced Tea

Chamomile isn't just for bedtime. Chilled and sweetened with a little honey, it becomes a refreshing, calming iced tea. Perfect for warm days when you want something soothing but not hot.

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 2 chamomile tea bags
  • 500ml boiling water
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices to serve

Method:

  1. Steep the tea bags in the boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove the bags.
  2. Stir in the honey until dissolved.
  3. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold.
  4. Serve over ice with lemon slices.

Why it's gut-friendly: Chamomile is calming and anti-inflammatory. Honey is antimicrobial. A gentle, soothing drink.
