Chamomile & Honey Iced Tea

Chamomile isn't just for bedtime. Chilled and sweetened with a little honey, it becomes a refreshing, calming iced tea. Perfect for warm days when you want something soothing but not hot.
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 2 chamomile tea bags
- 500ml boiling water
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices to serve
Method:
- Steep the tea bags in the boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove the bags.
- Stir in the honey until dissolved.
- Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold.
- Serve over ice with lemon slices.
Why it's gut-friendly: Chamomile is calming and anti-inflammatory. Honey is antimicrobial. A gentle, soothing drink.
