Chocolate & Banana Soft-Serve (Nice Cream)

This is not ice cream. It's frozen bananas blended with cocoa until they become creamy and soft-serve-like. It's magic. It's also just fruit. No added sugar, no dairy. You can eat it for breakfast if you want.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 1 ripe banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Splash of milk if needed
Method:
- Put the frozen banana and cocoa powder in a blender or small food processor.
- Blitz until smooth and creamy. Add a tiny splash of milk if it's struggling.
- Scoop into a bowl and eat immediately.
Why it's gut-friendly: Bananas are rich in potassium and gentle on the stomach. Cocoa is packed with polyphenols. A no-sugar, dairy-free dessert.
