Gut-Loving Kefir & Berry Smoothie

Kefir is like yoghurt's tangier, more interesting cousin. It's a fermented milk drink that's absolutely packed with probiotics—the good bacteria that keep your gut microbiome happy. And a happy gut means a calmer nervous system. (Remember the gut-brain axis? They're talking. Constantly.)
This smoothie is tart, creamy, and properly delicious. The berries add fibre and antioxidants. The banana makes it smooth. The flaxseed adds omega-3s. It's breakfast in a glass that your stomach will genuinely appreciate.
If you've never tried kefir, start here. It's the gentlest possible introduction.
