Apple & Cinnamon Baked Oat Cups

These are like little individual oat muffins, but simpler. Grated apple, oats, egg, cinnamon, and a splash of milk. They bake in fifteen minutes and are perfect for grabbing on your way out the door.

Ingredients (Makes 6 oat cups):

  • 1 large apple, grated
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 50ml milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Mix everything together. Spoon into the tin.
  3. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and firm.

Why it's gut-friendly: Oats and apple are prebiotic. Cinnamon stabilises blood sugar. A gentle, portable breakfast.
